When I found out that my wife and I were having a second baby, my thoughts were clear as day:
I've done this before, at least I won't have to take classes. Well, instantly,
I was brought back down to earth. Classes began, and I was unsure of how I was going to receive them.
Anyway the awaited day arrived, and Sara arrived at our home.
Our discussion ranged over all the elements of pregnancy, including
our feelings about being parents. It was interesting to think about
pregnancy and childbirth from a little different
perspective than how we perceive it normally. Sara always listened
to what our concerns were and tailored the lesson to suit what we
needed. Also the information was great;
any question she did not have the answer to was always answered either
at the next class or prior to in a phone call. During classes we
were very relaxed, whether it was in regards
to asking questions or just having fun. After our class we walked
away feeling very informed about the life cycle of pregnancy.
Sara's class gave us the knowledge to be confident about our choices in our pregnancy,
and the birthing, which was tremendously helpful when it came time to meet our little girl!
